Maximilian Krijgsman has been a prominent leader in the staffing sector since 2014 and has played a key role in recent years in expanding RGF Staffing’s ASA and Easy Way propositions. With a proven track record in executing growth strategies, driving commercial transformation, and building strong stakeholder relationships, he brings the fresh energy and ambition needed to lead RGF Staffing into a new era. His appointment reflects our commitment to innovation, adaptability, and sustainable leadership within the industry.
With this change, we also say farewell to Fleur Klijnsmit as CEO. We thank her for her dedication, leadership, and her contributions to digital transformation and people engagement over the past three years. We wish her every success in her future career.
