Almere, 2 June 2025 – RGF Connect is proud to launch the RGF Connect Global Week of Impact – a worldwide campaign running from June 2 to June 6. Across 9 countries and 4 continents, a wide range of projects and local initiatives will take place, all with one shared goal: to show how we create opportunities for people who face barriers to employment around the world.
RGF Connect is the global social impact program of RGF Staffing and its operating companies. The program supports people who experience challenges in the labor market. It is all about equal opportunities, fair chances, and empowering people. Through our local RGF Connect initiatives, we provide support via education, training, and employment – we build bridges and break down barriers.
A week full of impact
During the RGF Connect Global Week of Impact, we strengthen our commitment to social responsibility by organizing meaningful activities that help prepare people for employment. These initiatives take place across all our operating companies as well as at our headquarters. Examples include:
- Roadshows and interactive workshops led by dedicated employee volunteers
- Job application coaching and talent assessments to prepare for work
- Strategic partnerships with social organizations
- Education and upskilling sessions to empower job seekers
- Promotion of career opportunities and pathways to employment
- Mentoring activities focused on building confidence and employability
